First of all, greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!
Secondly, please post the rest of your system specs including: Windows version; Motherboard; CPU; RAM; PSU; and specifically which 9600 you're using; and, which version of Omegadrivers are you attempting to use? Once we get that info, we'll move along. |

FWIW, there have been multitudes of posts reporting problems between ATI cards and motherboards using VIA-chipsets. My own experience with this combination has made me to avoid altogether any motherboards using VIA chipsets.
That said, one thing you might try is to change the AGP setting in BIOS from AGP 8X to AGP 4X. Also, try updating the VIA chipset and motherboard drivers. Also check for an updated BIOS for the motherboard. If all else fails, you'll need to try to use official Catalyst drivers. Try versions 6.5 or 6.11. Good luck! |
