How/Where to enable "Only manual detection" and disable "Force TV detection"?

Hi!

I heard there is an option in Catalyst Control Center (i think in display -options) called "Only manual detection" (or similar) and another option "Force TV detection" (or similar). But where can I find these options in Radeon Omega Drivers v4.8.442 for Win XP SP2?
I need to enable the first one and disable the second one, that my TV works correctly with my PC (connected by a DVI-HDMI cable) after changing the input source on the TV.

Please help me, I don't want to install Catalyst Control Center!
