hello everybody.
I got a problem. i just reinstalled my computer and getting the new drivers for my gfx card. Ati radeon 9600(ATI Catalys 7.12 Display Driver for Windows XP) after i instaled it my computer it got very slow. Every website takes 1-3 sec to load(before catalys drivers: max 1 sec) a mom.exe fail. because i needed the Microsoft .net 2.(something) so i downloaded all Microsoft updates i could find. After that i installed the catalyst driver again same problem. then i uins it and instaled only the driver (not ati control center etc.) Thad did not help, so i installed a driver from omega (ati_omega_xp2k_48442) instead that was much better. My computer was fast again but when i try to play some on my computer games it will not go in opengl .Before i reinstaled my computer i didt have any problems i use an older ati driver back then(i dont remeber the version). i hope somebody can help me here. Spec. My gfx card: Ati radeon 9600/x1050 serie os: win xp pro sp 2 amd xp 2500 i know it maby not the fastest computer, but still i should not do what is doing. |

Greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!
For the 9600 series AGP cards, I'd recommend you try the Catalyst 6.11 or even the Cat 6.5 version. Also, either Omegadrivers or NGO drivers based on those versions should be considered. NGO drivers here: NGOHQ.com |

Go to your Control Panel, open the Users section, and look for ASPNET as a User. Delete it. (You do NOT need it!) After rebooting, you should get right to Windows again without the annoying Login. Good luck! |

the .net one is loginable?
if that doesnt work, maybe this Windows XP: Auto Logon to Windows XP (or if that doesnt, registry tweaks) |
