last version of ati without Ati2evxx.exe processes

i'm looking for the last set of drivers without the Ati2evxx.exe, somehow when i play cs there's something about Ati2evxx.exe that won't let me use the mouse correctly, i get weird movements, it stops when i kill both Ati2evxx.exe on the processes manager, please can someone tell me what version is? also my screen is 19 inch so i need a driver that supports 1440x900 without the Ati2evxx.exe processes (2).
