Brand new HD 3850 AGP (Driver problems)

So I cant seem to install any drivers because either my card isn't supported , or I get an INF error that it cant find the driver.

Are there any ways to force the drivers to install? This card has done nothing but give me headaches since I bought it.

OMEGA Drivers: When I install the drivers it goes through the whole installation and says they were installed successfully. When I reboot however there aren't any drivers installed. If I manually run the setup I get this error: "INF Error. Video driver was not found.","Setup was unable to complete the installation. Try to setup your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before running setup"

You should be using the manufacturers drivers since 2400 AGP, 2600 AGP and 3850 AGP cards are not official ATI products or the 8.5 AGP hotfix driver set (which is provided by AMD/ATI since not every manufacturer bothers updating their drivers)
