World of Warcraft, Omega driver, and Inspiron 5100 Dell

Hello I am trying to run world of warcraft on lowest settings on my Inspiron 5100 Dell laptop. it has windows xp home edition.

the video card is mobility radeon 7500. i have read websites about this specific laptop being able to run wow by some third party drivers of some sort. could someone please help me run wow on this laptop?

the problem i receive is "World of Warcraft was unable to start the 3d acceleration..."

i have installed .net 2.0 and cataclism 6.2. also i installed the ati radeon omega drivers from omegadrivers.net.what options do i have?
