Pre release info
* 1 Package for both 32bit and 64bit OS's
* Updated Compatibility tweaks
* Based on the 8.6 HD4800 Series Catalyst HotFix driver
* Added 4800 Series support

TODO:
* Enhance tweaks building forward on the V0.2 BETA
* Update / add 3rd party support
* Add TDR patch (Timeout Detection and Recovery of GPUs through WDDM)

RELEASE TIME (ETA)
