x2300 and Mobility Modder Questions

First just wanted to say hi and thanks in advance for any help! I have an Hp compaq 6910p laptop running xp pro with t7300 processor, 1.5gb ram and the x2300 card. I am trying to figure out how to use the modder because first I cannot find any drivers for the x2300 besides the one that I have from Hp and second I don't even have CCC installed on my computer. So at this point I found a version of CCC from Hp and am downloading that but is there somewhere else that I should actually be getting it from? I can't find any drivers on the ATI website or on here.
