Sad ATI Radeon 9200 Omega Driver issues

Hello, my specs are as followed:
Processor:Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.53GHz
OS: Windows XP Home edition service pack 3
Graphics card:ATI Radeon 9200 (Obviously from the title, but whatever...)
Ram: 512 MBs
Motherboard dell Dimension dim 2400

Whenever I install the latest Omega drivers(AGP no fastwrites), they install fine, but when I start up onto Windows XP I get a black screen(using the keyboard, I can log in blindly). When put in safe mode, according to my computer, the video card and drivers are fine. So, I redownloaded and reinstalled the drivers a few times, uninstalling them first each time, eventually my tool bar disappears and my computer thinks I have two monitors hooked up, when I don't. I desperately need help, especially as system restore (to restore my old, deleted Catalyst 6.3 drivers) decided to suddenly stop working.(Please note that due to certain events in real life I may not respond very quickly. Sorry about that. Also sorry if this has been answered before, I couldn't find it when I both googled and forum searched it.)

I got a similar problem yesterday (same Card)... The Omega Drivers didnt really want to go completely. I think I finally made it with this: First I uninstalled the Omega Drivers with the uninstal-file in the Omega start folder. Then I deinstalled everything named "ATI" in the Start->Systhem->Software and then I used this this Drivercleaner prog, I found with google: (http://www.drivercleaner.net) on everything with ATI. After reboot, originaldriveristallation (Catalyst™ 6.11 Display Driver for Windows XP Professional/Home Edition), reboot my systhem worked the same way, as b4 the Omega installation... I dont know, if everything is gone, and I dont know, if it will help you, but I hope so...
