Omega 3.4's &Smothvision2.1 on 9700Pro

When i install omega's 3.4's on my WinME machine I get smoothvision 2.1 in the Direct3D tab. But under winXP I only get Smoothvision2. I used to get 2.1 under XP before the 3.'4 drivers. Is this right ?. PS I did install using the hacked driver option.

Omega says that the Smoothvision 2.1 doesn't appear in the OpenGL and DX tabs, but that the 9800 pipelines are indeed enabled.
