Media Center XPS edition 2005 Decoder problem

How do I fix the problem of my Decoder being used by another application, when I try to watch T.V. on my Media Center (I get the error that the decoder is being used by another application) What is the resolution for this problem, can any one help, Please
My Answer to this question as of 8/28/08, I finally got to chat with online support; They looked a at my system to see why my T.V. decoder was being used by anther application, it turns out when I did a re-install, from my cd that came with my system, it had bad software update, which was called Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 Update rollup 2. and the update from windows download site ("Windows Media Center edition 2005 KB900325-usa.exe") was also bad, this one would not install properly. So they were un-installed, which left me with the original WMC package which came pre installed on my system. Now my system works fine no problems. The T.V. work perfectly. So un-install the 2 softwares I name before, and don't update the WMC edition 2005. I won't be updating this for awhile until I get assurrance that the update is past this rollup2. I hope this helps some of you, sorry if it dosn't.
