??? [Help]ATI Mobility

Hey I recently installed the Omega Drivers on my XPS Laptop to increase my gaming performance. I overclocked it from GPU398mhz, MEM328mhz to GPU492mhz, MEM452mhz.

Lets just say it's increased my gaming performance dramatically.

Though I wanted to ask why the monitor doesn't shut off like it use to when I close the screen.

The screen still stays on. It didn't use to before I installed Omega Drivers.

Please help me?

Re: [Help]ATI Mobility

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

As far as I know the problem is that the Omega drivers some how don't support the shutdown feature. I know for fact that some laptops have small button that shuts down the back light of the screen when the screen is closed.

Yeah my dell laptop doesn't have that button =[ So I guess I just have to shut it down completely when I'm not using it. =[
