HIS HD 3650 Radeon 512MB DDR2 driver question
Hello. I have been having problems when playing WoW since I picked this card up. It runs for varying periods of time and then black screens or blue screens, forcing a hard reset for me.
It sites the ATI2DVAG.DLL file, which for me is the main video card driver. Stating that it has stopped responding. I was wondering if I should go through amd.ati.com for the drivers or go to HISDigital.com for their drivers instead. I have tried the ATI Catalyst and still recieve the same error. |

Uninstall the drivers and run Driver Cleaner/Sweeper that you can pick up from Guru3d. Install the 8.11 drivers as the 8.12's are receiving some negative feedback due to bugs at the minute.
Is it a passive card also? It may need better airflow. Finally, this error can sometimes be caused by RAM timings. Try relaxing the CAS latency 1 step and see if the issue goes away if the above steps do not rectify the issue for you. Mike |

Re: HIS HD 3650 Radeon 512MB DDR2 driver question
the HIS 3650 that i had are fan cooled.... all 3 of them are working great with vista x64 and 8.12's..
Try a different set of drives as suggested, perhaps pull the side of the case off for potentially better air to see if things improve.... there is a possibility that the card could be faulty
