Switch Display issue on my 2600 pro 512 AGP

I just formated ever time I try touch the display properties my computer frezze up. Yes I'm back on XP home. It's clean computer Do I might need formated again I think something might not go right? Or there something worng with my graphics card? I think I have call visiontek on monday ask them about this issue. I try turn my tv out on I couldn't even do that lol. It does the same thing, and yes everthing up to date.

I found it out is was pc tools firewall causing the issue lol never mind.
