Mobility Radeon 7500 and black borders in TV-out

I have bought an ASUS L3800C laptop, with Mobility Radeon 7500 on it ... and black borders appear in TV-out at the top and the bottom of the screen , no matter how I try to fine-tune under the Display Properties ...
(I have downloaded the latest drivers from ASUS)

Any idea ?

WinXP English SP0
ati driver 7.79 from ASUS (I think)
cable: S-Video
tv: Sony 29FX66

Thanx

PS: I have a desktop machine with nVidia GeForce2MX card + TVTool : the picture on the same TV is excellent !!!

UberLord will become famous soon enough

I've got newer drivers on my laptop - the latest cats modded for mobility. I'll see if I can replicate it during the week once I locate a TV-out cable

Thanx ...
I have updated the driver to the current ATI "desktop" Catalyst driver (I think the 7.88, with the small mobility util (it's a shame, but I forgot it's name)), but nothing's changing ...

1. thanx for the reply
2. Of course !

at the control panel there are buttons : modify the position of the picture on the TV-screen and stretching the picture ,
but nothing happens (at least the stretching thing)

I use S-Video out (on the laptop) and S-Video in (on TV) (so there isn't any adapter)

I need an option like in TVtool (for nVidia cards) : fullscreen, ... (I don't remember the other 2)

Sorry for my english ...
