8500LE 3.4 drivers and dail up troubles? Please help!

Ya I connected to internet fine but all sudden I get after 10mins being online then I get this stuff ~~~~ in my shortcuts and my IE stuff it so bad sometimes it frezzen up my system or I have restarted the system offten so I'm going back 3.2 drivers for now anyone getting crap like I have?

I can see absolutely no way that this could be ATI driver related.... do roll back to the 3.2's and test. if all is well go for a CLEAN driver install via driver cleaner. could also be a virus.... let us know
