how to get overclock tab on ati panel?

I installed the latest omega driver for my 8500 but I dont see the overclocking tab. How can I access this? I am using Win98SE. Readme mentions that tab is only for XP/2k. What about win98se?

1.) Did you install the 'hacked' drivers?
2.) Did you check off 'Install RadClocker' before installation (it asked you if you wanted to install 3 things, you had to check/uncheck them all)
3.) If not... get DriverCleaner, Uninstall ATI Display Drivers from Add/Remove, delete everything ATI/NVIDIA, unplug NIC, restart, reinstall the drivers 'HACKED' but dont check RadClocker, restart..
4.) Install RadClocker standalone.. I had to do this since RadClocker w/ Omega Drivers just wasn't working for me, somebody please post a link to RadClocker.. I forget where I got mine.

I thought the hacked drivers are for 9500-9700 only. SO I chose normal install. Also, i dont see this rad clock option anywhere.
