Omega Driver Prob with Overclocking

Facts: - ATI Radeon 9700 TX (Dell)
- ATI Omega Driver version 2443
- Windows XP Home Edition

Problem: have Problems in all actual games with stripes and performance cause my graphic interface is clocked at 263.2 MHz. Further i have no problems if i clock my interface at 270.0 MHz. The problem is that the omega Software Clocking tool reset these Option at every reboot! How could i change this? want start my pc everytime with these settings? Is there a bug in the omega drivers?

Its a known bug, I think the newest drivers fix it, but I'm not sure.
