Omega drivers won't install

Do I need to do something special to get the Omega drivers to install? I've uninstalled the latest Catalist 3.5 driver and control panel before installing this one.

When I try, it gives me a "Severe" error box with the following: "The display driver is not compatible with the display adapter(s) installed in your system."

I got an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro running on XP and an MSI KT4V mobo. Any tips would be appreciated...

Tip 1.

Un-install the ATi control panel before installing Omegadrive's drivers.

Leave the Cat3.5 drivers installed and like DigitalWanderer said "Un-install the ATI control panel". Then run the Omega setup.
