??? Radeon 9700 Pro/WinDVD Issue

I have tried everything I know to get Win DVD and my Radeon 9700 Pro to play nice, but I can't get them to. Whenever I try to play a DVD with Win DVD, all I get is a stuttering sound and either no picture, or about every hundredth frame. I have the ATI DVD player (it works fine), but I'm used to WinDVD, and WinDVD gives me more audio options. I can live with the ATI player, but it just cheeses me off when I can't get something working.

Is there a trick that I'm not aware of, or is this just an incompatibility issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Is the WINDVD up to date and have you tried the newest drivers? Also have you tried reinstalling your drivers?
