Could not load open gl sub system.
I dual boot XP and 98Se I am using Omegas cat 3.5 drivers in 98 and the game can play, in Xp I get the error. I tried uninstalling and installing the game with no luck.

The problem you have is very common, WinXP, when installing new drivers, sometimes disables AGP acceleration. To fix it you have to re-install Dx9b and then re-install the drivers on top of the current install.
To check if AGP acceleration is on, run DXDIAG and check the D3D tab. If it still OFF, keep re-installing them until it gets fixed.
