Refreshrate problem with cat3.7

I've noticed a new problem with refreshrates when using new catalysts. My refreshrate don't lock even I'm using refreshforce which worked fine with catalyst 3.6 and before.
First time I noticed this problem was when I installed catalyst 3.7, in openGL (counter-strike) I had 100hz, even it was set 120hz in refreshforce. That was ok when I switched vsync on. Now I installed new omega drivers and the problem is worse when now having 60hz in openGL.
Also the quickresolution in ati cpanel icon on traybar gives now 60hz on default when trying to change resolution. When refreshforce worked it gave the max refreshrate.

There's now new threads from this issue, haven't anybody else faced this problem?

EDIT: I get 100hz in openGL again by using ati cpanel refreshrate override. Just wondering why over 100hz isn't supported.

And why it overrides the refreshrate even it's disabled from cpanel, so the refreshforce doens't work.

EDIT: Noticed also that the refresrate override in cpanel doesn't work anymore (at least in CS) if you go to menu and back to game.

did u go on the ati control panel and changed the options on the displays thingy?

Yes, those are correct. I can get higher refreshrates, it's just that refreshforce won't work anymore. With pstrip I can lock refreshrates but it's a program running background so I would like to get refreshforce to work.
