Smoothvision?

Someone please help with a basic question: I have never seen a tab labelled "smoothvision" but have seen numerous references to it on the forum. Could someone please tell me what it is, where it is and how to access it?

Thanks very much.

Right click a blank spot on the Desktop.

Select Properties at the bottom.

Select the Setting tab on the next screen.

Select the Advanced button.

Now, select either Direct3D or OpenGL.

You'll see settings for Smoothvision on either one.
