i cant dl from fileconnect .whats up with that?

Tried the FTP and the fileconnect link there, even though those are just the leaked ATI drivers and not the OmegaPlutonium ones.
I'm afraid I get the SAME message from fileconnect every time - I've restarted and cleared browser cache/cookies many, many times, too.
