Omegas -- BF42 Problem

Reinstalled BF42, etc, but every time I play it has a second shaded spawn box below the first. If I escape out as to change settings or do something, severe glitches all over, mouse fails to display or displays as weird shapes. Generally not much fun. Everything else works fine.

You are not alone i have this ESC to Menu and back to Gameplay *texture Coruptions too - The Box in the middle of BF1942 (Like a Message Box) is a BF1942 Error... Solution for Texture Corruption - Set Gameplay Screen @ 800x600 | 32 Bit - (The same like the Menu) it should help on texture Problem until Ati found a fix... or switch to 3.7 they work fine

in my case BF1942( if ur talking about this game) it used to get hanged on 3.7 but since i've installed 3.8 it's running perfectly smooth on my Radeon8500.

Yep it could be possible that they Fix 8500 compatibility but broke R300,R350 compatibility

i felt the same too, although it's running absolutely smoothly on my FX card but since it's running smooth on Radeon as well, i no longer feel to change my old card straight away.
