Please help... 3.7 3.8 or omega

hi all all this crap about card heating up and stuff im scared my radeon 9800 will fry to death :/ i opend my pc last night and the radeon was burning hot :/ im using 3.8 now i have no problems but i just dont want my card to over heat :[

is the new omega drivers any good at all i never used them or should i just go back to 3.7 :/

just keep an eye on things. if you are that worried step down to the 3.7s until things are more clear. i mean, if everything is working fine with the 3.7s there is no real reason to upgrade. since you are paranoid i'd use the ati drivers, becasue if you end up having a problem, i dont think 3rd party drivers are warrented by ati.
