Omega 3.8 on Mobility Radeon 9600 problem

Hi,

I don't want to use the newer Omega ones because they are beta drivers and no offical release from ATI yet.

Anyway my problem is that after installing the Omega 3.8 drivers, I get the error message that no ATI card was found by the control panel, what is more is that looking to the driver in the system panel I find the message: device could not be started.

This is the first Omega driver I tested on my Notebook, so I can't say what was with versions before.

How can I solve this problem?

There has NEVER been an "official" release from ATI for Mobility cards

All drivers that manufacturers have are either beta of WHQL and you'll never know it because they use their own version numbers.

Anyway, re-run the setup and let it install, if it still doesn't work, try installing the beta drivers, they are the best so far of all my releases.
