3.9 OGL Lookup inGame

After applying the hotfix and everythign to the 3.9's ogl drivres for the Radeon 9700 AIW I would like to just point out something, when in an OGL game, Counter-strike for example, if you minimize to the desktop and go back into the game and about after 10 minutes of running or so it freezes the game for liek 10 seconds, with the sound looping in the background, and as well as shutting of the monitor, the game keeps on going, because there is music and you can do console commands and so on, you just have a blank screen infront of you, you can even minimize back to the desktop and quit the game, but if you try to go back into the game it has tons of artifacts, and it freezes over the computer resulting in a hardboot. But then again it could be just my computer. Maybe an ovreheating in my card =/, it normally runs at 50-52C, which i've noticed is a bit high, but w/e, just some critcism there =), and my card is no way in shape or form overclocked.

I've tried to turn off VPU, but that keeps my card from totally freezing up my comp and letting me actually get back to windows to do a restart, and i have settings all to default, no tweaking or whatsoever has been performed on my card, with the exception of reforcing it to 85hz for the refresh, but it happend before as well when i didn't do it, it all started with the cat 3.9's, so i just reinstalled it using the 3.7 ogl drivers which works perfectly

any help would be appriciative thx =)
