Problem with uinstalling Omega 3.9's

Hi guys, I've had to uninstall my Radeon as the fan has failed and its had to go back so for the meantime i've put my Ti4200 in, now im gettings some strage error when loading the advanced display options: http://www.fwibble.org/error.png

I removed the Omega's then ran DriverCleaner 2.6 then installed the nv drivers.

Anyone help?

uninstall 3dprof it is part of that addon

I dont have that installed, never did.

But it was RadClocker causing the probs, uninstalled that and im sorted
