Alpha?|Blender hardware bug? In R300?

ATI today announce that there is a bug on its Alpha Blender...
Still remember that in Tomshardware Aquamark review, in the
explosion, the explosive beam actually darker in ATI card.
This is the cause of a bug on its Alpha Blender, but according to ATI,
it is acceptable and it is certified by Microsoft WHQL DCT...
