Omega drivers

hello
i recently purchased splinter cell, but like with everyone else who has got the game it gives a general protection fault.. So the admin there advised me to install omega drivers, so i came to this board and i followed the guide from genuis. All went pretty well, then i rebooted and installed first the ati offical drivers on the cd-rom then i wanted to install the omega-driver but it gave this message:

INF-error
video-driver not found
what can i do and waht should i do?

What type of card do you have..? It could be worth a shot to try using DriverCleaner before installation of the new driver package.

it's already solved apparently. I don't know how, i don't know until when but i can play the game so you don't hear me complaining..
