Madden Football Problem

I have put the new drivers in from ATI and ever since i did in madden fb whenever you pass the ball, it seems like the receiver and anyone in the area of the ball sort of shakes really bad, and i dont understand why. I put the old drivers in and tryed other sets but the same thing happens, and b4 i changed the drivers it was perfectly smooth. I dont know why i changed it in the first place now, its frustrating because my pc was fine b4 this, any ideas of what im doing wrong maybe a setting or tweak, or did i install the drivers right, it didnt seem the same when i installed them this time, computer acted different as far as xp detecting drivers and what not after i ran driver cleaner. I just dont get it, any help would be awesome. Thanks...
Specs are Radeon 9700 pro, 3000 xp amd proc, 120 gig sata hard drive, 512 Corsair Memory...
