DH Mod Tool 1.7!

Time to hit all of you mobile users with another present!

Finally the long awaited version 1.7, this one has it all.

- New search mechanism, no more complaints about missing files.
- This version works with all past catalyst files and future files.
- Used the Directory list box again for ease of use.

Could this possibly solve my random shutdown problem???, look at my thread.

hi i've also tried this version of modtool, but it didn't work either. in the install a message comes: "directx 9 not installed, continue? yes no" i chose yes, cause it IS installed, and then i get the error that is givven by the original catallyst drivers.

can someone help me plz?

try updating the drivers trough the device manager, choose update driver, and specify the path of the c:\ati\support\...\driver\.. and then select you're card from the list.

to be honest, I like the standard catalysts with your mod the best patje. have tried both the dnas abd omegas and they have so far been causing me trouble. thanx for the good work!

To be honest, don't thank me, thank ati for their stable (read 1337) drivers! I just add mobility support

yes I know, but without your tool I would still be stuck with the manufactor-drivers that had bugs in several games...

FYI I wouldn't recommend trying to mod 4.1s with MM1.7. I got a blue screen and had to reformat and reinstall.

Kept hanging on AGP440 driver with a Safe Mode Boot and wouldn't get by it.

FYI i WOULD recommend the mm1.7 for the 4.1, i'm having the opposite of blue screens, nice and colorful screens with the latest bugfixes!

don't know what seems to be going wrong with taz's computer tough
