SmartShader effects with Omega

Is there anyway to get to the smartshader effects tab using Omega Drivers (cat 3.10) ?
Maybe some kind of registry entry or something similar?

You could use the 3D profiler utility that comes with the package. Per-game configurations is something you will never want to be without after you have gotten used to it.

Well I didn't install it when I installed the omega package... Then I tried re-installing and It did not give me the option to install any of those programs(i didnt use driver cleaner).

Where can I get the program?
