My brother is going to buy a Dell XPS system which will have a 128MB ATI 9800pro when Dell ships it...

Here is the question.....

Can he use the catalyst drivers from the ATI site???

I noticed in the download section for Dell Ther latest drivers are from july 03??!!!

Thanks for the help.

My advice to you and your brother is to get familiar with the hardware in the Dell and use the newest drivers off the individual manfuacturer's websites. Dell and other PC manufacturers take a while to post updated drivers on their sites.

Stick with the hardware manufacturers!!!
