ATI Control Panel & Anti-Aliasing

when i want to set the grade of AA in the "3D" tab of the control panel, the lowest possible is "2x".
but how can i turn it off completely?

Just check the box that says "Application Preference" and it will be off always unless you tell a game or other program to turn it on.
