Catalyst Driver 3.8 - Zero Display Service Error

I am installing Catalyst Driver and getting 'Zero Display Service Error' during the installation; this is severe ERROR. I continued with the installation but power-Strip can not do any timings.

Also Installed DriverHeaven - Driver Cleaner 2.7 and cleaned after running ATI uninstall program but no success; I got the same error. What to do next?

Any help would be appriciated; thanks in advance.

Have you tried cat 3.7? (The most stable cat release right now)

What about 4.1? (Almost as stable as 3.7, but with alot more fuctionality)

any reasonw hy your installing 3.8? why dont you try 4.1 much newer and your problem might be fixed

I am HTPC user so I do not find anything specific improments in 4.1 for DVD playback. I am not a gamer.

I have tried with 3.8 but got the same issue;
