Re-install AGP drivers...
Also check Advanced Smartgart settings to see if AGP/PCI READ are ON.

ended up being the stinking game lol ... got start in safe mode any time thier is any hardware/video driver change aprently it doesn't auto dectect any chages in drivers or hardware uless its in safe mode
