Programmable SMARTSHADER tutorial

Some people have requested that they're interested in a Programmable SMARTSHADER tutorial. I've begun working on one. It contains explanations about how to get started, a few simple sample programs, and some exercises. It's intended for people who are just starting out and don't know how pixel shaders work.

Let me know if it seems to do the job, and if some parts are unclear or what additional information you'd like.
