Omega drivers cure the dreaded black screen?

Hi Guys,

My first post here...heard about your drivers after I was having trouble with the dreaded black screen of death after installing the radeon drivers...I was just wondering if the Omega drivers cure that problem?

I have tried everything to get my radeon 64 vivo to work...9 times outta 10 i get the black screen after installing the drivers...a couple of times i have got thru to windows, but the multimedia thing pops up telling me the drivers arent installed or not working. I installed all the drivers (inc the vid capture driver), and have tried a few old drivers too, inc 21 and 16...but still get the black screen. Im gonna try a reinstall of windows (98se btw) and try again...if not its back to the ageing gf 256
