Error executing file. (#1, Line 3) during installation

hey..
This happens with the latest drivers..
i run the install, everything goes ok, say i disable the additional applications (though it's the same even if i don't), and i chose the 9500 softmod drivers. The extraction part ends, and it tells me that now it's ready to install. I click finish, i get a massage asking if i want to install now, and when i chose yes i get this error: Error executing file. (#1, Line 3). Now it seems that the directories are created and the shortcuts, but the actual drivers aren't installed...
nyone knows what to do?
