Omega driver and softice driver suite 3.0

Hello all,
Is there anyone using softice dirver suite 3.0 with Omega driver, my video card is ati radeon 7500, and using Omega 2.5.14, I have a problem popping up softice, when I pop up softice using window/full screen mode, the screen went mess, I can't see what's going on, then what I can do is to press ctl+alt+delete to reboot.
My OS is Xp professional with latest patch installed.
Do you have trouble using softice with Omega driver?
