Messed up screen? Need help!!!!

I recently installed the lastest omega drivers and when i tryed counter strike i can play but its ****ered up can anyone help?? + the screen has many dots...

I have Athlon 2800+ , 512mb memory , sapphire radeon 9800SE ( softmodded )

if it's soft modded remove the softmod and the dots should go away
