Well, my internet was being goofy on me not allowing me to check out web pages or connect to anything 3 mins after my computer boots up. So I tried reinstalling Win98SE... that didn't work. I then reformatted my computer and it works fine now.

The problem with this is that now when I try to play a game I love, Day of Defeat (HL Modification), I get 30-60 FPS when I was used to getting a constant 90+. I've tried about 5 different drivers now each ending in the same result. I've tried the omega drivers as well.

My card is a powered by ATI card, my manufacturer being PowerColor. Their site is down right now, the FTP part at least, so I have to wait to download those drivers which SHOULD work I'd hope, but I've searched the net for the same drivers offered on the page and they didn't work. Any ideas what I could do?
