??? omega 2.5.51 problem (missing tabs)

Installed per directions (un-install old drivers, use driver cleaner, etc...) and most all of my tabs are gone except for the General, Adapter, Monitor, T-shoot, Color Management, and RadLinker tabs. I`ve un-installed and re-installed but to no avail. The tabs are there when I first open up the advanced settings but after I close the box and try to re-open it I lose all the other tabs. so now I cant adjust my openGL sliders an what-not, because I can`t get to them!!! I`m still kinda new at this but not (hopefully) stupid. Any help would be apreciated and if I can figure out how to post a screen shot, I will.
BTW my system specs are
MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR
xp-2500 barton@2.2ghz
512 Giel pc3200 dual channel
ATI 9800 pro

You say you uninstalled the old drivers, but did you remember to also uninstall the old control panel?

But, the control panel is not listed in the driver cleaner list. Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall it from there.
