Driver installation probs

Hi folks.
Anyone got any ideas how to help a poor NooB load up Omega drivers (ver V2.5.51)
I went through all the advice given on uninstalling the old stuff and installing the new drivers but I keep getting the message " error installing ikernel.exe: (0x2b) " Whats that all about ???
I tried three times now and also using ATI own drivers as well to no avail.

Specs:- Raedon 9800se
ASUS A7N8X2.0-Delux
Samsung 512Mb PC3200
Maxtor 120Gb SATA HDD
Barton 2500XP

[COLOR=Orange][SIZE=small] I also ran into a problem in which I am still currently on.. Which is a dialogue Yes/No box... It says,
"Source: c:\program files\radeon omega drivers v2.5.51\2kxp_inf\ati3duag.dl_."
"Target: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ati3duag.dll.

"The target file exists and its newer than the source."

"Overwrite the newer file?"

"Yes / No / No to All "

Which one should I select?!?![/COLOR][/SIZE]

[COLOR=Orange]*I must also add that I did not remove old drivers first. The readme specifically stated that I need not remove the drivers, only the Control Panel. I hope it was wise to follow that specific direction.[/COLOR]
