AA Problems with UT2004
Evening all,
I've got a bit of a wierd one with UT2004 going on here.. No matter what AA setting I use, it doesnt seem to activate it in game. Here is what I've been doing:- Fire up an Instant Action map (DM-Phobos2) and get a nice closeup look at an item edge (I've been using the handrails that run up against the side of some doorways.) I usually run without AA, so the edges have jaggies, which I would expect. So, I decide to turn on AA and check out the difference. Fire up same map, go to same place and nothing looks any different... I've tried turning it on via Radlinker, and via the ATI Control Panel but it doesnt seem to actually make a difference... Am I doing something daft..? I run a Radeon 9700 Pro with the official Cat4.7's . I have seen that AA does work by using the FSAA viewer program floating around these boards. I can produce screenshots if need be. RM |

first thing would be to post a couple screen captures that show your problem as well as your system specs, UT2004 and AA work just fine for me
