SmartGart Problems

Ok gang i am using the omega 4.6's and i wanted to check something in the smartgart options, but when i clicked the icon or used the run command, it didn't work. so i unistalled the ati driver, rebooted in the safe mode, ran drivercleaner and unistalled the control panel. then reinstalled the drivers. after having to reinstall the drivers again because they didn't seem to be installed properly, smartgart worked, BUT when i had to restart because my antivirus autoprotect wasn't loaded, i tried it again, it won't work!!! does anyone have any idea what's the deal with the smartgart? i know omega 4.7's are around the corner, but i would like to figure this out incase it happens with the 4.7's, plus maybe i can also gave OmegaDrive a heads up on this issue...

Uninstall the CP........then the CAT drivers........then reboot in safe mode.......then run DC....disconnect your internet........reboot into windows.......disable AntiVirus........install new Cat package.....reboot......let load........reboot again.......just to make sure everything loaded completely.

Try the above and see if it works.
