Pissed ATI AIW 9800 & Out To TV Question!

Ok I currently got my AIW to output on my sony wega 27" flat screen but the problem is its not displaying right when you move the mouse you see the screen scoll on the tv like down to see the start button and quick links and then you have to move the mouse up and scroll the screen up on the tv to get to my computer this is the same when I try playing a game or a video what am I doing wrong how can I make the tv screen act like the pc monitor? Thanks for all the help btw im using the newest Omega Drivers and everything else is upto date from ATI website like MMC and Capture Drivers and so on thanks!

P.S also my screen resolution on my pc monitor is 1280X1024

Ok I have been messing around and the max support for my tv says 1024x768 at 60hz refresh rate! I guess what im getting at is can I not have my 19" PC Monitor at 1280x1024 ? or does my pc monitor and tv both have to be set the same resolutions? Its currently working now but I have to set my pc monitor to 1024x768 instead of the highest setting that I usually use thanks!

Anything Omega can do since he is the guru? What im looking for is if I can keep my Dell 19" Flat Panel monitor at 1280x1024 while using the TV output at the standard 1024x768 that the AIW 9800 Pro supports? If not thank you guys for all the help in this matter!
