Blink videos stuck at 60mhz refresh?
I've got a little problem thats more of an annoyance. Those latest HL videos I watched where stuck at 60mhz refresh and I'm not sure how to change that. It been happening for quite some time and I've just dealt with it, but I'm starting to wonder. I was over at a friends and his are running at his default 85mhz rate, so I know it's possible.
Anyone have a idea how to fix this this issue?

It depends on what resolution those videos play in, but likely 640x480. Try using the refresh rate override in the driver settings, with the DDC box unticked. If that still doesn't help there's always the good old RefreshForce. http://www.pagehosting.co.uk/rf/

try dissableing VSYNC
